Berlin is the capital and the biggest city of Germany. It has a population of around 3.4 million and covers over 880 square kilometers. After the opening of the dividing wall, Berlin has reclaimed its position as Germany's premier city with abundant cultural, a thriving nightlife and dazzling new architectural triumphs.

Berlin has a large number of attractions to visit. The Berlin Wall was the symbol of the Cold War- a symbol of a divided city, a divided nation. The Brandenburger Gate has become the symbol of a reunified Berlin since the fall of the wall. The Schloss Charlottenburg is an early 18th century baroque palace in Berlin's Charlottenburg district. The Charlottenburg palace is also the largest palace in Berlin. The other attractions are Nikolaiviertel district, Bebelplatz, Europa Center and Pergamon Museum.
