Orleans is located in north central France and an hour from Paris. Orleans city is renowned for its dynamic economic, scientific, attractions, universities and historic cultural. Orleans is a great place to visit the Loire Valley and the surrounding vineyards of Sancerre. It has a population of around 113,000.

Depite much of Orleans was ruined by German and Allied bombs during WWI, a great number of relic is left in the city. There are a lot of gallant architecture located in the old part of town, around the Place du Martroi. The nearest airport is located in Paris about 100km to the north of Orléans. It is easy for visitors to get there.
